The possible three-laning of parts of three Athens-Clarke County roadways — two travel lanes and a center turn lane — will be the subject of a drop-in public forum set for 5-7 p.m. July 22 in the auditorium of the Governmental Building at 120 W. Dougherty St. The forum will provide the public with the opportunity to learn about the proposed projects and to talk with various county government staff members.
