Regents OK last phase of UGA’s Terry College business building

ATLANTA | As expected, the Board of Regents voted Wednesday to approve Phase III of the University of Georgia’s Business Learning Community.

The final classroom and office building is budgeted for $42 million, with half coming from private donations. Of that, $32.8 million will go to the costs of construction.

With Wednesday’s approval, the university will begin the design and construction.
