Elijah Holyfield, the son of boxing champion Evander Holyfield, commited to the Bulldogs during an announcement at his school on Friday.
The Woodward Academy (Atlanta) standout chose Georgia over Auburn and held offers from numerous schools across the country.
He's rated a four-star recruit and the No. 17 player in the state of Georgia by 247Sports.com
Holyfield rushed for 1,735 yards and 25 touchdowns as a junior, helping the War Eagles reach the Class-AAAA state semifinals.
